Het High Royds Hospitalspoor was een korte spoorlijn die het West Riding County Asylum nabij Leeds in West Yorkshire verbond met de Midland Railway-lijn tussen Menston en Guiseley op de Otley en Ilkley Joint Railway. De lijn werd geopend in 1883 en had een lengte van iets meer dan 0,5 mijl, het was gebouwd volgens de standaardspoorbreedte van 4 voet 8+1⁄2 inch en was in zijn geheel een enkelsporige lijn. De lijn sloot in de jaren '30 vanwege concurrentie van de weg en toenemende onderhoudskosten, maar heropende in 1939 toen de uitbraak van de oorlog leidde tot een brandstoftekort voor het wegvervoer. De definitieve sluiting vond plaats in 1951.
