Whiteabbey Hospital is een ziekenhuis dat dicht bij het dorp Whiteabbey ligt, binnen de stad Newtownabbey, Noord-Ierland. Het ziekenhuis werd voor het eerst geopend in 1907 als The Abbey Sanitorium, gecentreerd rond een landhuis dat bekend staat als 'The Abbey'. Het landhuis staat op de locatie sinds 1850 en was ooit de woning van de prominente architect Charles Lanyon. Het ziekenhuis werd uitgebreid en er werden verschillende gebouwen toegevoegd gedurende het begin van de 20e eeuw, en in 1947 werd het hernoemd tot Whiteabbey Hospital. Het ziekenhuis wordt beheerd door de Northern Health and Social Care Trust. Veel gezondheidsdiensten zijn uit het ziekenhuis teruggetrokken, meest recentelijk met de sluiting van de Minor Injuries Unit in 2014.
