De Akropolis van Rhodos is een oude akropolis die vooral in de periode van de 5e eeuw v.Chr. tot de 3e eeuw v.Chr. is uitgebreid. Ze behoort tot de stad en ligt ongeveer drie kilometer van het centrum van de moderne stad Rhodos, op het gelijknamige eiland in Griekenland. De vondsten van de opgraving zijn gedeeltelijk gereconstrueerd. Men kan een tempel van Apollo evenals een van Athena Polias en Zeus Polieus bezichtigen, alsook een stadion en een klein odeon. De omgeving is ingericht als park. Het Monte Smith-park is vernoemd naar de Engelse admiraal uit de Napoleontische oorlogen, William Sidney Smith.
