Het Museum voor Volkskunst en Geschiedenis van Pelion is een museum in het dorp Makrinitsa, Magnesia, Griekenland.
Het is gehuisvest in het Topali-paleis, een gebouw uit 1844 dat is aangemerkt als een "Werk van Kunst en Historisch Behouden Monument".
Het museum beschikt over een grote collectie volkskunst en alledaagse voorwerpen uit het gebied Pelion uit de 18e en 19e eeuw;
