Tullaghan is het meest noordelijke dorp in County Leitrim. Gelegen aan het noordelijke uiteinde van Glenade, Tullaghan ligt in de parochie van Kinlough en Glenade en maakt deel uit van het kiesgebied Manorhamilton.
Tullaghan ligt aan de N15 weg tussen Sligo en Bundoran, County Donegal. Tullaghan bevat een klein gedeelte van County Sligo en strekt zich oostwaarts uit tot de rand van Lough Melvin en de Garrison laaglanden, westwaarts tot Bunduff strand en zuidwaarts tot de noordelijke hellingen van de Dartry Mountains en de Arroo en Mountain Outliers.
