Fort Madalena, ook bekend als Fort Madliena, is een polygonale fort in Madliena, op de grens van Swieqi, Malta. Het werd gebouwd tussen 1878 en 1880 door de Britten als onderdeel van de Victoria Lines. Het fort valt nu onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de Strijdkrachten van Malta en wordt gebruikt door het St. John Rescue Corps.
Fort Madalena werd gebouwd door de Britten als onderdeel van de Victoria Lines, een lijn van versterkingen langs het noordelijke deel van Malta, die het scheidt van het dichter bevolkte zuiden. Het is een van de drie forten die langs de lijnen zijn gebouwd, de andere twee zijn Fort Binġemma en Fort Mosta.
