Kolham, Gronings Kolham, vroeger ook Colham of De Ham, is een dorp in de gemeente Midden-Groningen in de provincie Groningen . Het dorp ligt aan de A7. Het dorp had op 1 januari 2021 1.345 inwoners. Kolham behoorde vanouds tot de landstreek Duurswold. De inwoners werden vroeger Hamsters genoemd.Kolham is een streekdorp op een zandrug. Samen met de andere dorpen op deze zandrug, zoals Scharmer, Slochteren, Schildwolde en Hellum, vormt het een langgerekt half cirkelvormig lint. In het hart van deze cirkel ligt ongeveer het gehucht Woudbloem. Kolham vormt de zuidelijke punt van dit lint en wordt zelf aan de zuidkant omgeven door de westelijke noordkant van Hoogezand-Sappemeer.
