De Laurentiamolen is een achtkante beltmolen met een gevlucht (wiekenkruis) van 27,30 meter. De Laurentiamolen komt oorspronkelijk niet uit Milheeze, maar is in 1893 uit Bleskensgraaf in de Alblasserwaard gehaald. In Holland werden veel houten molens gebouwd, die bleven door hun lichte gewicht beter staan in de drassige poldergrond. Rond 1850 begon men deze molens te vervangen door stoomgemalen. De afbraakmolens werden vaak opgekocht en in Brabant geplaatst, zoals ook met deze molen is gebeurd. De molen is overgebracht nadat de vroegere kleinere molen op deze plaats afbrandde. De nieuwe molen had drie koppels maalstenen en werd zowel gebruikt voor het malen van graan (vooral rogge en het in de Peel veel verbouwde boekweit) als voor lijn- en koolzaad voor olie.
