De PKN kerk in Hoogmade is gesticht in 1729. Het is een kleine, rechthoekige zaalkerk met een natuurstenen toegangspoortje. Op het dak boven de westelijke gevel staat een kleine houten klokkentoren.
De kerk is sober ingericht met een houten preekstoel en houten banken. Het fraaie eenklaviers kabinetorgel uit de vroege negentiende eeuw is echter zeker het bezichtigen waard.
De PKN kerk in Hoogmade is een rijksmonument en is nog steeds in gebruik voor diensten van de protestantse gemeente Hoogmade-Rijpwetering.
