Brasserie Christophe

For 20 years, Christophe and Fabienne have been welcoming everyone with a smile at the historic market of Veurne. Chef Christophe provides an authentic cuisine based on local terroir, responding to the seasons and with great respect for basic ingredients. In addition to a private champagne brand, with a few exclusive capsules for enthusiasts, you can also taste the Boeteling beer. Christophe was involved in the creation of this local beer. The name refers to the penance process on the last Sunday of July in Veurne. This authentic regional beer of 6.8° is ideal for warm summer days but is also an added value for any gourmet beer menu. The rabbit with Boeteling beer is therefore highly recommended, and the beer itself is the perfect ambassador for Veurne and the Westhoek.
