Fumette is a 100% sustainable and local artisanal fish smoker based in Lège-Cap Ferret.
Since 2020, Fumette has been smoking the fruits of local fishing and offering tastings on its terrace every summer. Planks of smoked fish and other home-made iodized suggestions (fresh trout rillettes, tarama, etc.) are enjoyed as aperitifs on the terrace, accompanied by a selection of natural wine and local beer.
