È una delle case più antiche della città. Oggi è principalmente conosciuta come " Maison Ozeray ". Questa importante famiglia aveva vissuto in questa casa fin dal XIX secolo. Per generazioni sono stati conosciuti politicamente e letterariamente. Michel-Jean-François Ozeray scrisse lì il primo riassunto della storia del Ducato di Bouillon nel 1827. Fu anche qui che l'attrice Madeleine Ozeray (1908-1989), conosciuta come la consigliera di Louis Jouvet, interprete di Ondine, fu nato van Giraudoux prima della guerra. Circondata da un magnifico parco, questa casa è stata dichiarata monumento storico dal 1974.
