Il birrificio Michel Debus è stato integrato nell'unica parte rimasta dell'ex birrificio Adelshoffen, la Villa Weber (casa a graticcio del XIX secolo).
Jade Debus e Maël Perez stanno costruendo il loro ristorante in un luogo storico della loro famiglia: dove è nato l'"Adelscott"!
La Brasserie, ispirata ai tini di rame per la produzione della birra, offre una cucina tradizionale rivisitata con crostate flambé e carni eccezionali cotte nel forno a legna. Rivive la tradizione del Bierstub e dello Stammtisch, dove la birra accompagna perfettamente la gastronomia.
L'ingresso del ristorante, che si affaccia sulla fabbrica di birra STORIG, offre uno spaccato unico della vita ritmica del mastro birraio.
