Het strand van de dijk is een uitgestrekt strand dat, zoals de naam al aangeeft, gekenmerkt wordt door de aanwezigheid van een dijk, grens met onze buren van Baskenland. Het is een ongelooflijke betonnen muur (1 km), die de monding van de Adour beschermt (toegang tot de handelshaven) en een prachtig uitzicht biedt op de kust van de Landes (in het noorden) en het Baskenland (in het zuiden).
Dit strand is alleen in juli en augustus bewaakt. Receptie PMR (tiralo).
