Sint-Martens-Voeren er en del kommune af Voeren, i arrondissement Tongeren i Limburg. Landsbyen ligger i Voerdalen, og en lille å, Voer, strømmer gennem landsbyen. Sint-Martens-Voeren var en del af grevskabet Dalhem, som i midten af det 13. århundrede blev en del af hertugdømmet Brabant. Ved Partagetraktaten i 1661 blev Sint-Martens-Voeren tildelt de sydlige Nederlande. Ved annekteringen af de sydlige Nederlande af den franske republik blev Sint-Martens-Voeren i 1795 indlemmet i det tidligere dannede Ourthedepartement.
