Hier werden die 'Gaverhopkes', mit Liebe zur Braukunst, auf handwerkliche Weise gebraut. Alle Zutaten sind vollkommen natürlich und wachsen in der eigenen Region. Diese einzigartige Mischung aus westflämischem Boden kann man nur im 't Gaverhopke kosten. Am Wochenende und in den Sommermonaten auch von Mittwoch bis Freitag kann man in der Brasserie auf dem geschützten Gelände Goed te Nieuwenhove die Biere degustieren oder sich an einem einfachen Snack erfreuen. Ab 20 Personen kann man auch außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten die Brauerei besuchen und ein Häppchen oder Getränk genießen. Die Brauerei besitzt das UNIZO-Echtheitslabel für handwerkliche Unternehmer "Handmade in Belgium".
