Between the old village of Blaricum and the new housing district on the old meenten lies a nature reserve. 't Harde has an area of 15 ha. Nowhere in the Netherlands are the cornelian cherry trees as abundantly present as in 't Harde. During their short flowering period in April, they transform the area into a sea of flowers. In the autumn, they turn a beautiful red.
