Sauerland-Højevandring er en vandresti i Sauerland, der forbinder den nordrhein-westfäliske by Altena med Korbach i Hessen. En alternativ rute starter i Meinerzhagen. Den samlede strækning er cirka 251 kilometer. Stien fører gennem naturparkerne Sauerland-Rothaargebirge og Diemelsee. Den løber primært på bjergkamme i en højde af 400 til 800 meter.
Efter flere års forberedelse, der blev forlænget af orkanen Kyrill, blev vandrestien den 31. maj 2008 officielt indviet på Schomberg nær Wildewiese.
