Undergrundet i Pouilly-en-Auxois eller Buet af Bourgogne-kanalen er en tunnel-kanal på 3.333 meter længde beliggende i Pouilly-en-Auxois og Créancey, i Côte-d'Or, drevet af Voies navigables de France. Bygget fra 1775 forbinder Bourgogne-kanalen Yonne med Saône. Grænselinjen mellem bassinene af Seinen og Rhône ligger i regionen Pouilly, markeret af det morvano-vosgiske tærskel. Det er faktisk i Pouilly, i den lange undergrund på 3.333 meter, at kanalen skifter fra den ene til den anden. I mere end syv år gravede minearbejdere dette undergrund.
