Sésia [sesja] var et departement i det franske konsulat og i det første franske imperium i nutidens Italien. Det blev opkaldt efter floden Sesia. Det blev dannet i 1802, da den subalpine republik blev direkte annekteret til Frankrig. Dets hovedstad var Vercelli.
Departementet blev opløst efter Napoleons nederlag i 1814. Ved Wienerkongressen blev den savoyanske konge af Sardinien genindsat i alle sine tidligere riger og domæner, herunder Piemonte. Dets territorium er nu delt mellem de italienske provinser Vercelli og Biella.
