Osterholz er en bydel i bydistriktet Vohwinkel i den bergiske storby Wuppertal i Nordrhein-Westfalen/Tyskland.
Bydelen ligger i boligkvarteret Schöller-Dornap syd for Schöller ved Kreisstraße 20 lige ved bygrænsen til Haan. Nabobyer er Alt-Derken, Simonshöfchen, Bruckerthöhe, Flachskamp og Bausenberger Busch. Byen er omgivet på tre sider af det samme skovområde Osterholz.
