På den anden side af Zoomvejen ligger boliger, der er en del af kvarteret Wageningen-Hoog. Dette område tilhørte oprindeligt også godset De Driest. Udviklingen af dette kvarter viser, hvordan der i begyndelsen af det 20. århundrede som følge af den voksende popularitet af at bo på landet ikke kun blev udviklet godser, men også nye villakvarterer.
