På venstre bred og hævet over Semois åbner denne gamle skiferbrud sig med to adgangsveje i kanten af en skovsti. Det underjordiske netværk af Laplet består af: - en øvre indgang bestående af en relativt vandret hovedgalleri, hvor skifer blev evakueret ved hjælp af et lille tog og forskellige sidegallerier; - en nedre indgang bestående af et vandret hovedgalleri, der forgrener sig næsten i en ret vinkel efter 40 meter (CSIS hjemmeside fra DGRNE).
Offentlig adgang: Privat sted. Adgang til gallerierne er forbudt. Besøg udføres til de årlige tællinger af IRSNB.
