Bornem er kendt for den berømte Dodentocht i Bornem. Denne vandretur finder sted i og omkring den belgiske kommune Bornem. Dette arrangement organiseres årligt af den lokale vandreklub Kadee den anden fredag i august. Formålet med dodentocht er at tilbagelægge et spor på 100 kilometer gennem Klein-Brabant inden for 24 timer. Dodentocht blev første gang organiseret i 1970. Inspirationen til turen blev opnået efter deltagelse i Nijmegen Four Days Marches. Årligt deltager nu 8000 til 9000 mennesker fra blandt andet Belgien, Holland, Tyskland, Frankrig og Storbritannien.
