Siden bygningen i 1707 har bygningen været ejet af Sankt Nikolaus menighed.
Den næsten kvadratiske grundplan af huset har i hvert hjørne et værelse. I disse værelser finder du et smukt interiør og portrætter af præsterne fra Sankt Nikolaus. Indgangsporten i muren giver adgang til hovedindgangen via en slank gård.
I 1707 kom Eupen i kort tid til Republiken De Forenede Nederlande, og dengang var protestantisk gudstjeneste muligheden veltilstede, men under forudsætning af at det ikke skulle være synligt, at der befandt sig en kirke i hvad der så ud som et byhus mod gaden. Dette var denne præstegård.
