Elten er en bydel i byen Emmerich am Rhein i kommunen Kleve i Nordrhein-Westfalen. Elten har et areal på ca. 9 km² og 4731 indbyggere, hvoraf en ikke ubetydelig minoritet er hollændere. Det ligger ved Niederrhein i umiddelbar nærhed til Holland langs motorvej A 3 fra Ruhrområdet til Arnhem. Her begynder også B 8, som strækker sig 800 kilometer gennem Tyskland til Passau ved den østrigske grænse.
