Nonnenwerth er en rheinø i mellem Rolandswerth og Bad Honnef over for øen Grafenwerth.
Øen har været stedet for et kloster med afbrydelser siden begyndelsen af det 12. århundrede, som blev grundlagt af benediktinerinderne og overtaget af fransiskanerinderne i 1854. Siden da har klosteret også huset en fransiskansk uddannelsesinstitution, som begyndte som pigepensionat og senere blev til en almendannende gymnasium. I 2020 fandt privatiseringen af øen og skolen sted. Skolen blev lukket i 2022.
