Karl-Lehr-Broen er en vejbro over Ruhr ved flodkilometer 1,934. Det er den sidste bro over floden før dens udløb i Rhinen og forbinder bydelene Kaßlerfeld og Ruhrort i Duisburg. Broen er opkaldt efter Duisburgs borgmester Karl Lehr, der har gjort sig fortjent til udvidelsen af Duisburg-Ruhrorter havne til en verdensbetydende indenrigshavn og forbindelsen af de tidligere selvstændige byer Ruhrort og Meiderich til Duisburg. Over Karl-Lehr-Broen går det statslige vej 140 og sporvognslinje 901 fra Duisburgs transport selskab.
