Bliesmengen-Bolchen er et sogn i kommunen Mandelbachtal i den saarlandske Saarpfalz-kreds. Det omfatter de tidligere landsbyer Bliesmengen og Bliesbolchen, som dog altid har været nært forbundet med hinanden siden deres opståen. Omkring 1900 voksede landsbyerne også sammen geografisk og blev forenet. Lokale skelner stadig i dag mellem Menge, Bolche og den bebyggelse, der opstod i nazitiden. Desuden er landsbyen Gräfinthal tilknyttet sognets område. Bliesmengen-Bolchens slogan lyder, på saarlænderdialekt, „Hvor unge og gamle holder sammen“.
