Det Gamle Rådhus i byen Haltern am See blev 1575 - 1577 bygget på nordsiden af markedspladsen med renæssancegavle.
Efter betydelige skader fra den sidste verdenskrig blev det genopbygget i en forenklet form fra 1948 til 1952.
I årene 1997/1998 blev det første gang grundlæggende renoveret efter denne genopbygning. Det fremstår i dag som en to-etagers bygning i facadehøjde, i stueetagen åbnet med en arkade af fire spidsbuede arkader.
