Diekssøen er en sø ved Lingen. Den ligger i det maleriske landskabsbeskyttelsesområde Emstal i Niedersachsen. Den er 300 meter lang og op til 270 meter bred. Ved søen finder man et vandrerhjem med handicapvenlige faciliteter, en intern sauna med dampbad og en ekstra Tartanbane til forskellige sportsaktiviteter som f.eks. fodbold eller basketball ved søen. Om sommeren indbyder Diekssøen med en lille sandstrand til solbadning og afslapning ved søbredden. Andre steder ved Diekssøen er Laxten, Damaschke og Sandbrinkerheide. Den nærmeste større by i nærheden af Diekssøen er Lingen (Ems).
