Palma, tidligere Mallorca og også populært kaldet Byen, er en kommune og en by på øen Mallorca, hovedstad i den autonome region De Baleariske Øer.
Dens område dækker en udstrækning på 208,63 km², som strækker sig mellem Serra de na Burguesa, Prat de Sant Jordi og foden af Serra de Tramuntana. Byen ligger i centrum af bugten i Palma, omkring 13 meter over havets overflade. Flere vandløb krydser byen, som Riera og Torrent Gros, som alle munder ud i Middelhavet.
