Pauls[1][2][3] o Paúls[4] er en kommune i Catalunya, Spanien. Den tilhører provinsen Tarragona og ligger i regionen Bajo Ebro. Ifølge data fra 2014 var befolkningen 596 indbyggere.
Den første dokumenterede nyhed om kommunen er i et dokument fra 1168. Det drejer sig om donationsbrevet udfærdiget af kong Alfonso I af Aragonien om slottet Pauls til Guerau de Riu og Pere de Santmartí og Ramón Queralt. Slottet blev overdraget til dem med betingelsen om, at de skulle varetage genbefolkningen af området. I 1205 gik herredømmet over til Drogo de Verdeyo, og allerede i det 13. århundrede tilhørte det familien Despuig.
