Slots Stolzembourg ligger på en bakke i centrum af landsbyen Stolzembourg i det nordøstlige Luxembourg. Den nuværende bygning blev opført i 1898 på ruinerne af det gamle middelalderlige slot i stil med et skotsk bondes hus.
I det tolvte århundrede blev der bygget et vagttårn for at overvåge langs Our. Den første omtale af en fæstning stammer fra 1315. Guvernør Antonie de Croÿ styrtede slottet i 1454. Efter at det blev genopført, blev det endelig ødelagt af de franske tropper under Ludvig XIV i 1679. I 1898 blev der på de antikke ruiner opført et bondes hus i skotsk stil.
