Burg Bredevoort er en forladt borg i hjertet af byen Bredevoort. Den var centrum for den tidligere herrlighed Bredevoort i Holland. En præcis bygningsdato er ukendt, men omkring 1188 nævntes borgen på en liste over ejendomme fra Kurköln. I 1238 kom borgen gennem arv i besiddelse af greverne af Lohn og herrerne af Steinfurt. Hermann I. af Lohn og Ludolf af Steinfurt lod kastellet betydeligt forstærke, og under Hermann II. af Lohn blev sengen af Boven-Slinget flyttet til Bredevoort for at flodle vandgraverne til borgen. I 1246 og 1255 indgav Lohnerne deres andel af borgen samt nogle sogne beliggende i Achterhoek til den geldriske greve Otto II. som len.
