Godset 't Nijendal, mellem Diepenveen og Olst, har i lang tid været en del af ejendommerne i Groot Hoenlo. På 't Nijendal er der flere gamle leje-landesteder, såsom Wetermans og Holtermans.
Erve Sogebrink nævnes allerede i 1394.
Den nuværende gård Zoogenbrink er oprindeligt omkring tre hundrede år gammel og blev i 1985 genskabt så tæt på den oprindelige tilstand som muligt med gård og have. Mellem 1975 og 1982 kommer godset under forvaltning af Statsskovene.
