Station Assen er jernbanestationen i Assen, som blev åbnet den 1. maj 1870. Den oprindelige stationbygning er designet af arkitekten Karel van Brederode og blev bygget i 1868. Det tilhørte en fornyet version af standardtypen SS tredje klasse.
Fra 1905 til 1947 var der også persontransport over jernbanelinjen til Stadskanaal. Denne linje blev nedlagt i 1977.
