Indtil videre er plantagen en del af gården. Udover asparges og jordbær står der nu nogle tusinde teplanter i jorden. Disse er fordelt over tre tehaver. Det er de planter, som der også plukkes fra. Af det plukkede blad laver vi derefter te i eget regi.
I drivhusene har vi en ægte 'nursery', hvor unge planter af forskellige varianter opdrættes. Prøvehaven, hvis man kan kalde det sådan: der ser vi, hvilke sorter der trives og vokser bedst i det hollandske klima.
