Der südöstliche Teil der Gemeinde, rund um den Ort Hachy, gehört zum luxemburgischen Sprachgebiet.
Die Gemeinde umfasst zehn Orte: Anlier, Habay-la-Neuve, Habay-la-Vieille, Hachy, Harinsart, Houdemont, Marbehan, Nantimont, Orsainfaing und Rulles. Von diesen Orten liegt nur Anlier vollständig in den Ardennen. Der Rest der Gemeinde liegt in der Region Gaume. Der Verwaltungssitz der Gemeinde, Habay-la-Neuve, liegt an der Grenze. Der Fluss Rulles, der ebenfalls durch Habay-la-Neuve fließt, wird als Grenze zwischen den beiden Regionen angesehen. Bei Habay-la-Vieille befindet sich Mageroy, eine gallorömische Villa, die zwischen dem ersten und vierten Jahrhundert unserer Zeitrechnung bewohnt war.
