Dieses Künstlerhaus mit Atelier befindet sich auf dem Meuleberg und wurde 1908 im Auftrag von Vital Moreels für den Maler Valerius de Saedeleer erbaut, der von 1908 bis 1914 in der Villa wohnte. Während seines Aufenthalts wurde er unter anderem von Stijn Streuvels und besucht Gustaaf van de Woestijne.
Etwas weiter auf dem Tiegemberg findet man die Bergmolen, das Belvédère auf dem Meuleberg, aber leider in Privatbesitz und nicht gut zu sehen
