Holme Lacy ist ein Dorf im englischen County Herefordshire. Die Bevölkerung der Zivilgemeinde betrug bei der Volkszählung 2011 466.
Holme Lacy stammt nicht vom altnordischen holmr „Insel“ wie andere Orte mit dem Namen Holme, sondern vom recht ähnlichen Altenglischen hamm „Land in einer Flussbiegung“. Der Name wurde im Domesday Book 1086 als Hamme aufgezeichnet.
