Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet ist der erste Mode-'Outlet' in den Niederlanden, gelegen am Markermeer in Lelystad. Das Outlet ist nach dem Schiff Batavia aus dem Jahr 1628 benannt, dessen Replik in der Nähe festgemacht ist, bei der Bataviawerft. Das Einkaufszentrum ist eine Nachbildung einer Festungsstadt, komplett mit einer schweren Stadtmauer, drei Stadttoren, autofreien Pflasterstraßen und einer Reihe individueller Holzhäuser mit einer quasi-authentischen architektonischen Ausstrahlung, teilweise inspiriert von Marken, teilweise von den westindischen Kolonien, wo die 'Batavia' als Spiegelretourschiff der Vereenigte Oost-Indische Compagnie nie gewesen ist.
