¿Sabías que puedes ver cuándo nace un bebé en uno de los hospitales de Gante en Veerleplein? Hace unos años, el consejo municipal de Gante compró la obra de arte 'Ai Nati Oggi' (que significa 'A los nacidos hoy') del artista Alberto Garutti. La obra de arte está integrada en las lámparas de Veerleplein. Cada vez que nace un bebé en un hospital de Gante, las luces parpadean lentamente. Una gran piedra en la plaza explica que el parpadeo no es un mal funcionamiento, sino un anuncio de noticias sobre bebés:
