La casa de Ana Frank es la casa donde la judía Ana Frank se ocultó durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial, antes de morir de tifus tras su estancia en Auschwitz. En 1940, la familia Frank se mudó a la casa en el Prinsengracht, justo cuando los alemanes invadieron los Países Bajos. La familia se encerró en el anexo de la vivienda, donde Ana comenzó a escribir su diario a la edad de 13 años. Debido a que la casa tiene una estructura bastante compleja, con una fachada estrecha pero un profundo anexo, los alemanes no pudieron descubrir que una familia entera se encontraba oculto en el anexo. Ana permaneció en la casa durante 4 años. Junto a la casa se ha construido ahora el museo de Ana Frank.
