Le château de Raaf est un château en ruine situé dans le village belge d’Eynatten.
Le donjon, qui existe encore aujourd’hui, date du XIVe siècle, mais est en très mauvais état. Autrefois, un poulailler jouxtait le donjon à l’est, et ce dernier était autrefois entouré de douves. Le propriétaire d’origine du château de Raaf était probablement l’ancienne famille Limburg von Rave, d’où le château tire son nom. En 1832, des raisons fiscales ont conduit à la suppression de la toiture des bâtiments, transformant le château en ruine. Le château de Raaf est classé monument historique depuis 1986
