Le parc naturel d'Arnsberger Wald est un parc naturel de 599 km² situé dans le Hochsauerlandkreis et le Kreis Soest, dans le district d'Arnsberg en Rhénanie du Nord-Westphalie.
Le parc naturel comprend principalement les paysages montagnards boisés du Nordsauerländer Oberland, s'étendant jusqu'à 581,5 m au-dessus du niveau de la mer, dans l'angle entre la Ruhr et la Möhne. En plus de la forêt d'Arnsberg, cela inclut la région vallonnée de Warstein, la forêt de Plack ainsi que les parties de la forêt d'Obermöhne et d'Almewald situées à gauche de la Möhne. En 2020, le parc naturel a également été agrandi pour inclure la plus grande partie de la zone urbaine d'Arnsberg.
