Winterbourne Down est un village du Gloucestershire du Sud, en Angleterre, situé sur les banlieues nord-est de Bristol. Il fait également partie de la paroisse civile de Winterbourne. Il est délimité par le périphérique d'Avon au sud. Le carnaval annuel du May Day de la paroisse y est organisé.
Le sentier de la vallée de Frome traverse le village et offre des vues sur le viaduc de Huckford. Le village abrite l'église anglicane de tous les saints et la chapelle méthodiste de Bethesda. Winterbourne Down est également connu pour ses vastes zones boisées, son héritage minier et les vestiges d'un camp romain.
