La basilique Saint-Ambroise est l'une des plus anciennes églises de Milan, en Lombardie. Elle est située sur la place Saint-Ambroise et constitue un monument de l'époque paléochrétienne et romane, ainsi qu'un lieu fondamental de l'histoire de Milan et de l'archidiocèse de la ville. Elle est traditionnellement considérée comme la deuxième église la plus importante de Milan après la cathédrale. Avec la basilique prophetarum, la basilique apostolorum et la basilique virginum, la basilique martyrum, elle compte parmi les quatre basiliques ambrosiennes, c'est-à-dire celles construites par saint Ambroise.
