Cappella originale del 1668, demolita nel 1697; prima di essa qui si trovava presumibilmente la cosiddetta "Cappella di Nostra Signora delle Riemen", appartenente ai Cattolici. L'attuale cappella con giardino circostante e cancello in ghisa, del 1894 su progetto di J. Goethals. Pianta ottagonale sotto un tetto tenda piegato (in ardesia) con lanterna, portale rettangolare sotto tetto a due falde. Struttura in mattoni su plinto in pietra naturale, delimitata da cornice a tutto sesto in mattoni e cornice dentellata. Porta a sesto ribassato sotto soglia di gocciolatoio. Finestra a tutto sesto alternata con plinto smussato e oculo.
