La linea ferroviaria Dessau–Gohrau-Rehsen è una ferrovia secondaria in Sassonia-Anhalt, costruita e gestita originariamente dalla Dessau-Wörlitzer Eisenbahn-Gesellschaft. Corre da Dessau passando per Oranienbaum fino a Wörlitz, mentre il tratto successivo verso Gohrau-Rehsen è stato chiuso dal 1968. Oggi la Dessauer Verkehrs- und Eisenbahngesellschaft è sia proprietaria delle infrastrutture che gestisce il traffico passeggeri sulla linea.
Le strutture rimaste della linea ferroviaria sono complessivamente protette come monumento culturale dallo stato, inoltre diversi edifici di ricezione lungo la linea sono protetti come singoli monumenti.
